AMAIA STEPS: Taking the Lead

There's just really no place like home. Good thing there's an AMAIA for everyone. Now we all can finally have a place that we can call home as Amaia open its doors to the more budget-conscious Pinoy. Amaia takes pride as a haven where quality meets affordability.

Sucat, Parañaque houses one of Amaia's brainchild, the AMAIA STEPS. Just recently, me and my friends had a tour of this humble abode in the South. Mr. Sixto Sengson worked his charm as he shares with us how AMAIA started and developed to become a community developer in the economic housing sector.

We actually had a tour of what Amaia Steps has to offer. First stop was the STUDIO. At first, seeing a bare room was just, well, plain and really not much of what I was expecting. But seeing the same unit fully furnished was really quite the hip. The interior design surely made us see the unit's full potential. A little creativity would sure work its wonders to a once plane studio turning it into a wonderful crib.

The The DE LUXE offer more space with one bedroom, adding a little more privacy.

The PREMIER is an ideal flat for couples starting a new family. Well, even bachelors who prefer more space would find this an excellent choice.

Now high-rise living becomes an ideal option with Amaia, the resident brand of Ayala Land, Inc. Anchored on five (5) pillars - location, features and amenities, quality, buying experience, Amaia treasures only the best interest of its present and aspiring residents as it continues to develop ways and means to provide safe, tranquil, beautiful homes that come at budget-friendly prices. It's really nice to know that there's an Amaia for me and you. Now, owning a house, "Kaya ko na."

Get to know more of Amaia's great offerings by calling (02) 403 7633 or (02) 403 7644, or by simply logging on to www.amaialand.com and you may also  like their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/AmaiaLand
