The buffet table serves a selection of fresh salads, sushi, hot ramen, delectable unlimited tempura and delicious desserts. But Sumo Sam's bestsellers like Ebi Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Teppan, Spicy Tuna Salad and my favorite Japanese Fried Rice are also available for those who prefer eating ala carte.
